lions, tigers and bears is a big cat rescue in san diego i have recently started volunteering for. they rescue exotic cats from horrible situations (abuse, small cages, etc.) and give them a second chance at life- a better one for that matter! if you like the zoo, you will love this cute ranch in alpine! my santee girls and i helped out at their big fundraiser this past weekend and got to meet some of the cats up close. i didn't have my camera so thanks sierra!

i admit i don't like seeing these gorgeous animals locked up in cages, but they are pretty big and spacious and they get lot's of activity time. i guess it's better conditions than whatever they were in before. can't wait to bring hayden to meet the gang! here is their website if you want to check them out!
