{ washington d.c. }

wow! did we do a lot of walking! our trip started off with a stop at our nation's capital. we took a red-eye, got in at 6 am and started our day in d.c. ricky had been in 8th grade and really enjoyed it. we took a "hop on, hop off" bus tour and saw everything in 12 hours! highlights included the u.s. holocaust museum, seeing a motorcade with the president, catching a glimpse of the constitution and going to the ford's theatre. it was nice to see everything you've learned in history class in person. we are thankful to live in this country and recommend everyone to visit there.

Stay tuned for NYC pictures!

Were you only in town for the day? Would have been nice to see you and your family.
